By Placing an Order at You agree to the full terms of our Return Policy clearly listed below:

Unlike most Fragrance companies we are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept all returns for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental United States until you find a fragrance from our collection that is to your liking. We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the United States at this time due to international shipping regulations.

IMPORTANT: With NO exceptions, returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an ALT. Fragrance E-Gift Card. ALT. Fragrances does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

  • We are unable to offer Returns and/or Exchanges on orders outside the United States at this time due to International shipping regulations consumers are unable to send fragrances abroad. Our return policy is only applicable for orders placed within the Continental United States.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale Items (Items purchased using a promotion or discount code) are FINAL SALE.

  • Sale Items are still applicable for Exchange/Return for Store Credit As a part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Solid Cologne must be unused and sealed. Due to current safety precautions once used we will be unable to process a money-back return on al Solid Cologne Products. 

  • The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date stated by USPS/UPS tracking number for Money-Back Returns.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s).

  • Fragrance(s) must contain at least 95% or more of original liquid and be in original packaging (Box in tact) 

  • ALT. Fragrances is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged, or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

  • Our Money Back Return Policy is not applicable to samples/testers, and/or Sale/Discounted items (Using Discount/Promotion Code) in any quantity. NO EXCEPTION can be made here. A $5.00 Restocking Fee per bottle will be deducted from Money Back Returns.

If you are unsure on whether your fragrance(s) is/are eligible please send a photo of your fragrance(s) as well as your order number to us at to receive a pre-acceptance on your returns eligibility. 


To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

    We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle. It must also be in the original packaging including the velvet pouch it is contained in. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Returns on Items Purchased with Coupons/Discount Codes: An order placed using a promotional discount code or in conjunction with an ALT. Fragrances promotion such as "20% Off" cannot be returned . We will be happy to issue you an exchange or store credit. 

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Your Next Step will be to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, only the cost (subtotal) for the products that you originally ordered will be refunded. The original cost of shipping will be deducted on “Free Shipping” offered orders.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Please note that by ordering an item from our store, you are agreeing to our return policy, our alterations policy, and the rest of our terms and conditions. 

     In circumstance of returns back to original form of payment. Returns back to original payment may take 5-10 business days. Restocking Fee of $5.00 per item will apply for returns back to original payment method.
