I haven't smelled the original, I don't know if I'd ever end up in any place that would have something so ridiculously expensive, but I'm becoming expert in different "interpretations," as it were. This one has all the cherry cheerfulness right up front. Some of the other versions are bottom-heavy with tobacco; this one stays up top a lot sweeter and fresher. It makes you feel like a kid with a new tube of Lip Smackers, but you still smell like a grownup.
I usually hate the smells of most perfumes/colognes but this one doesn't leave me with a headache and lasts a long time
