My wife was more excited than I was because she placed a order before I did so I could experience the fragrance for myself. I am picky when it comes down to fragrances, I don't take others word about them, I have a particular nose about fragrances. I don't usually agree with most people about certain fragrances they may love it and I may never wear it because of the way it smelled to me. I have to give ALT. high scores, you got it figured out and I will recommend ALT. to everyone I know. I also like the discounts you offer and shipping doesn't take forever.

I sent an email to customer service about the broken bottle of cologne. Within 3 minutes, I had a reply apologizing for the situation. Within 30 minutes after the reply, I received a shipping notification about my replacement. It gets no better than that service.
