After receiving my bottle of Duchess, I noticed it had leaked a small quantity of the product onto the box and onto the bottle. I left an honest review of the packaging and what could be done better or be fixed on shipments. I did not return it cause I had been waiting for this lovely scent I also didn’t lose much of the product so I kept the product as is. However, I can say Duchess is simply divine it smells great and I have received many compliments! I cannot wait for my next order to come in. Also, the company reached out to me and redeemed their mistake with a lovely message and offer to fix my issue! What a great company! I will continue to re-order from ALT!
