Our Return Policy is not applicable to samples/testers, Travel Sized Bottles or Sale/Discounted items (Using Discount Code) in any quantity. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle. It must also be in the original packaging including the velvet pouch it is contained in. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns on Items Purchased with Coupons/Discount Codes: An order placed using a promotional discount code or in conjunction with an ALT. Fragrances promotion such as "20% Off" cannot be returned for a refund. We will be happy to issue you an exchange or store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
If applicable please contact us at email@example.com with your order # and reason for return. You will then be supplied with a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund, only the cost (subtotal) for the products that you originally ordered.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
