Subscription FAQ's

Convenient, flexible and cheaper; our brand new fragrance subscriptions are the best way to stay topped up on your favorite scents. Set up your subscriptions in a matter of minutes then sit back and relax - we'll take care of the rest.

When will I receive my fragrances?
After purchasing a subscription, your first shipment will typically be dispatched within one working day. Your next shipment will be charged and dispatched as per your delivery schedule. For example, if you purchase a subscription with a 1 Month delivery schedule on the 27th of October, your first shipment will be dispatched on the 28th of July (assuming it's a work day). Your next shipment will be dispatched 30 days after your initial order date. 

Can I change my delivery schedule?
Yes you can. When starting a new subscription you can choose between a 1 Month, 3 Month, or 6 Month delivery schedule. If you want to change this you can do so after completing your purchase. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to your subscription dashboard. Here you can change your delivery schedule to however many days, weeks, or months you like.

Can I have more than one fragrance subscription?
Of course. You can subscribe to as many fragrances as you like.

How much will I save by subscribing?
All our subscriptions come with a recurring 15% discount. You will save 15% on every fragrance that you receive!

How flexible are subscriptions?
Subscriptions are completely flexible and can be set up to meet your exact needs. Want 'Executive (60ml)' delivered every 3 Months now? No problem. Want to skip your next shipment? Done. Want to increase the quantity? We've got you covered. All this can be managed in your subscription dashboard.

How do I log in to my dashboard?
A link to access your dashboard is included in your Subscription Confirmation email.

What can I subscribe to?
You can subscribe to any fragrance, or product offered on our website. It is not possible to subscribe to bundle products or digital products, such as gift cards.

Can I use a discount code when starting a subscription?
We do not allow the use of discount codes on any subscriptions as all subscriptions come with a 15% discount applied already. Discount codes can still be used when making a one-time purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription after your 2nd Billing Cycle. To Cancel a Subscription email and/or
Log in to your subscription dashboard. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

When will I be billed?
After your initial purchase, you will be billed according to your delivery schedule. For example, if you purchase a subscription with a 1 Month delivery schedule on the 27th of October, your first charge will occur on the 27th of October, your next charge will occur 1 Month after.

How do I skip a shipment?
Once logged in to your subscription dashboard, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.
