ALT. N°5 Is a   powdery floral masterpiece wit’s refined aldehydes, florals pulsating, and emanating this spirit of festivity and French joie de vivre. It’s supported by a base of Sandalwood, White musks, Patchouli and oak moss.

Best No.5 dupe I’ve smelled yet!

This is strong but not too strong that it bothers me so much. It’s perfect for a classy holiday dress that gives off vintage/old money vibes. If you think it’s too “grandma” or otherwise not your generation, try it with a vintage winter dress. You won’t be disappointed.

you smell "clean"

As a mother of a young child and a puppy, showers must be few and far between. They definitely take a lower priority now. Anyways, my husband gave me a hug of solidarity the other day and then pulled back, surprise in his eyes, and says "Weird, you smell CLEAN." Well, there you go, I had just spritzed Santal on myself, a scent which I was initially on the fence about, but that just about sold it for me. I will never tell him my secret, and I will probably never forgive him for insinuating that I usually smell dirty. That said, I own Alt 5, Crystal and Cherry, and they all smell pretty fantastic, no doubt you'll smell CLEAN too.

Not at all what I expected

I thought I was going to receive a dupe of Thomas Kosmala #5 and this smelled like something from the dollar store that your grandmother would have worn in the 90s. I used it for bathroom spray after use. A waste of money. Never again!

I've always loved Channel #5 but it was expensive and seemed to fade to quickly. I tried Alt 5, and was pleasantly surprised. It smells identical to #5 and lasts about the same, but much cheaper. I give it 5 stars.

Purchase Review

I ordered the Cherry Smash and ALT 5 fragrances. Both fragrances smell the same as the original ones. However, I was disappointed to find out that the ALT 5 bottle was leaking and almost a quarter of its content had spilled out inside the package. After carefully checking the bottle for any cracks, I noticed that the sprayer was not fully screwed on.
