Great scent but…

I’ve ordered crystal 23 lots of times and it’s amazing, however, it would be great if QC double checked that lids are closed tightly before shipping, it’s the 2nd time I’ve received leaking product, customer service always fixes the issue but it’s an inconvenience when buying for a gift and having to wait longer for replacement. Otherwise no complaints!

Absolutely Amazing! I would rate 5 stars if not for the few ounces that leaked out!!! Perhaps a lil’ tape to secure the bottle would work! I’m sure you can buy it in bulk. Anyway, I will be purchasing again🤪
