I've been ALTered.

I am a customer for life. I have been into colognes since a teenager but the beat scents have been simply too expensive. Not only are the prices beyond reasonable, but the fragrance quality and how long the scents last are second to none. I purchased 5 bottles for less that one of the high end retail brands. I consider ALT colognes elite. I'm glad I took a chance and I've already give you 2 more customers. I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with your product. This most recent order is my second. Great customer service and fire colognes

So hey, I want to give a huge shoutout to ALT Fragrances. I was out in Miami, Florida a few months ago, and inside the mall there was a kiosk. I looked it up to see what it was, and it turned out to be dupe colognes. I hadn’t bought cologne in a while—I usually just mess with the Abercrombie ones or Y by YSL—but I didn’t really know which one I wanted. When I went to the kiosk, the lady there showed me examples of all the colognes, and I ended up buying Immerse, which is like a Louis Vuitton one. It smells really good, and my wife likes it.

So anyway, later on I went online and bought the five-pack deal, some for me and some for her. I read the reviews, but when I got them, I personally didn’t like the way they smelled. I showed my wife, and she didn’t like them either. I emailed customer service, and surprisingly, they got back to me really fast and told me to send them back and they’d send me some new ones.

So I went back to the drawing board, reordered some new ones, and I just got the package right now. They smell fire. I got Farouche—fire, Executive—fire, and Reality—fire. I just want to say thank you to the company because they honored the return and sent me new colognes. I’ve got six different ones right now, and they’re all fire.

Best purchase of the year!

My order arrived quickly. There was a cracked and leaking bottle in my shipment. A promise of replacement was made immediately and processed. Although it hasn’t been shipped yet I trust that it will be shortly. The fragrances themselves are awesome! I have received compliments on all five. They are long lasting and a true match to the original. I planned to be a long standing customer.
