i get a RL Romance vibe from it (but not as good as RL) and doesnt linger, real close to the vest fragrance. Nothing manly about it to me. As fragrances have evolved this is stuck in the past, super neutral womans scent, school librarian vibes

Simply Santal smells pretty much like the original

I got the smaller one a couple of months ago just to check it out, I got compliments from people that knew the fragrance. So I bought the bigger one. I love the smell so that's the main reason I wear it. I've bought from other places and just not as close to smelling the same .. the only con ... is even though this does last a while I wish it lasted a little longer. I usually refresh about 2 - 3 hours later. But still this stuff smells great!
