So I have high standards and I have a sample of CREED GIT in my house. there is nothing like the real thing to be honest however this came really really close. to be fair to ALT they really did their homework in this smelling very similar to the real thing. I give them an A for effort because its so close. But there is nothing like the real thing. This is alcohol based and oil based is on a whole 'nother level. There is a sweet smoothness that comes from the real thing and this smell like Creed's AFTER the drydown. Do yourself a favor. Be patient with this fragrance as it will smell a lot more similar only after the drydown in about 10-15 minutes. I personally am not going to use this on my body or skin I would rather use oil based but after the dry down - anything you want to smell pretty close to GIT it most definitely will...
